We chose Vernon and 2 other agencies to help sell our apartment in Carvoeiro, which we had had for 13 years. Coincidentally they were the agent we bought through.

From the outset Claudia was very helpful in concluding a realistic asking price, considering the current market conditions and our views. We had a number of viewings and we were always informed in advance and provided with feedback. Following an acceptable offer they monitored the process through to the promissory contract and completion, always keeping us informed. The team are very professional and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services.

Our available opportunities for visiting properties in the area were always quite limited, but Vernon Real Estate Carvoeiro was always successful in arranging viewings, often at very short notice. Claudia and Sylvina were extremely responsive to our questions and, after deciding on the property we wanted, they made the whole process very easy for us. Subsequently, we have just moved into our lovely new home.
